Proud, Prepared, and Protected is a collection of online resources to assist people who identify as 2SLGBTQ+ to access and receive inclusive, respectful care. These resources were developed by people who identify as Two-Spirit and LGBTQ+ and more than 40 organizations and Canadian Virtual Hospice to fill a national gap. This information is also helpful for allies, people working in healthcare and education and communities.

Addressing the general public, this series of short video clips aims to normalize the sexual and relational realities of LGBTQ+ seniors. Les 3 sex* offers free educational content developed as part of the project, “We exist. It exists,” a campaign to provide tools to senior LGBTQ+ people to help them break away from ageist, homophobic, transphobic and biphobic norms, develop their sexual agency and break isolation so that they can normalize their sexual and relational experiences [in French, subtitles available in English].
